Partner Denying For Damage [Same Appliances]

• L1 associate will fill trainer sheet:
• If a trainer comes to a concussion this is not a legit damage then l1 associates will inform the same to the custom and close the case. 
• If a trainer comes to the conclusion damage was done from our end or not sure about the damage - then the trainer will mark the ticket as L2 and senior SME will be sent on this request to fix the issue.
