SME No Show / NR
SME NO SHOW:
- If SME slots are available within 24hrs then reschedule the request and ask the assigned SME to deliver the request on priority.
- If a rescheduled request again becomes a NS/NR - then we’ll reschedule the request to senior SME and get the issue fixed within 24hrs.
- If SME slots are not available within 24hrs and customers are not willing to wait then we’ll reschedule the request to the senior SME.
SME NR:
We’ll reschedule the request and send senior sme within 24hrs to fix the issue.
